What can I do to Reduce my Chances of Developing Cancer?

October 30, 2009 by Bob Livingston

Dear Bob,

What can I do to reduce my chances of developing cancer?

A: The main things you can do are: get Omega-3 fats from krill oil, fish oil or cod liver oil; take up to 5,000 IUs of vitamin D3 daily; eat as much fresh raw vegetables daily as you can (research has shown that if one-half of your diet is raw, the probability of no cancer is very high); maintain ideal body weight; boil, poach or steam your foods (never fry or charbroil); and take iodine daily according to your needs.

Also, cancer is a sugar junky and cancers thrive on sugar. Avoid all sugar of all kinds, especially fructose corn syrup. Almost all commercial foods contain sugar. If we are to avoid sugar, we will have to work at it in America.

Best Wishes,
Bob

    Dear Bob,
Please help me. I am trying all I know in the alternative methods to cure my daughter’s Liver cancer which has metastasized from her stage IV cancer in 2004(Feb), twice now, first to her bones and liver. She was given chemo called “Taxotere” which almost killed her but DG she got over it then. Her tomour markers were 29 January 2009 and 92 May 2009 measured by the 15-3 which I believe is the breast tumour marker. Yet in September when they discovered that the tumours had gone crazy at 327 they decided to give Caroline “Capcitabine” which stops cells from dividing but we refused and started to treat her ourselves by detoxing including coffee and other enemas boosting her I/S and cellfood. Cancer has not grown nor has it gone away yet. Please email me and thanks for your help. Mary Quigley UK.
