		<description>the best way to get a stronger immune system is to avoid any foods that contain lactose. Those greatly weaken our immune system.  Secondly avoid anything with cane sugar in, it in any form.  Thirdly avoid most meat, if possilble avoid meat altogether.  

Those three steps greatly strengthen the immune system.
Other foods that are good for strenthening  our immune system are Echinacea Plus Tea and lotus root seeds.

Getting omega 3 and omega 6 are great too.  For those try flax seeds and hemp seeds.  If you get enough of  omega 3 and omega 6 it cheers you up.

In Japan they eat miso soup almost every day.  Vegans get get their Vitamin B12 there.</description>

Whole Complex Vitamin C seems to be the most solid defense for the immune system. The famous Dr. Royal Lee said that it is impossible to die of pneumonia if we have Vitamin C in our bodies. He was talking about the full complex vitamin C, not just ascorbic acid as most people buy thinking they are getting vitamin C.</description>
