My husband had two stents 6 years ago. I want him to try oral "chelation" but I am afraid that "chelation' would affect stents.
Is it safe ? What is the best way to use "chelation".
After chelation the mineral has to be provided to the body ?

Saying that the FDA has not approved by pass surgery is not saying a whole lot. I had triple bypass surgery over 10 years ago and here I am writing to tell about it. I do not have a whole lot of faith in the FDA, they approve what they want to approve when they want to approve it. We would probably have a lot more cancer patients living today if the FDA would get off their you know what and approve some of the experimental drugs that have been proven to greatly slow down the growth of cancer. If the drug is experimental and the cancer patient is doomed to die anyway, what is there to loose? We have everything to gain.

In 2002, 4 stents, 2-90% blocked. Did not take statin drugs..Took "chelation". By mail order, about $75 for 3 month supply. At two months recheck, Dr. was astounded at my recovery. He gave IV chelation to other patients for couple years with great results, until insurance was denied. I have had NO problems (7 years!).

This is absolutely rediculous, I had a 95% blockage and 2 - 70% blocked arteries that were bypassed. I went from being a vegtable in severe pain (no blood flow) to a person who felt great for 7 years. Unfortunately bypass operations are not forever. One of the bypassed arteries closed down 100% it has probably taken a yerar to get that bad, - 3 months ago had another heart attack. However now my heart created collaterals and I feel much better. With the Cardio Rehab program I am in I should be able to function as well under stress. What alternatives///Chelation?? That has been talked about for 40 years and still I know no one who has had it....John
