Just hope all know that the so called “food” we eat is corrupt by 90%. The only somewhat safe department in your grocery store is the produce department. The rest in boxes, bags, or cans is really not “food” as yet our government allows such, because they are corrupt. Look at the trans-fat labels on any food. Where it says total fat there is a number,i.e. 4.0grms.total fat, all numbers below should add up to this number. When it says 0-trans-fats and the numbers don’t add up it’s in the trans-fat on the label. Where as the FDA allows a gap , if PER SERVING based. If a serving contains less than 500mg you can call it -0- trans-fat. What a neat trick!!!! But the kicker is the replacement of trans-fat is the esterfied fats, which are worse that the trans-fat. I now see bread that says “no frustose corn syrup”, well that’s a good thing but the question is what have they replaced it with? As you know they stick it into every food product….I saw at the grocery, just looking a hot-dogs, they contained corn frustose syrup, A HOT DOG!!??? Not to mention the nitrates!!!. I do not eat meat, it’s all corrupt.. Yes Grow a garden!!!!
