I believe our founding Father’s had enough fear of God to recognize that sole power of the main government could lead to corruption. So therefore they gave the 9th & 10th ammendments. Thank God that at least they recognized that we, as God fearing citizens will demand our rights guaranteed under the Constitution. I am a History Teacher and all you have to do is READ the Amendments to the Constitution. I feel like we TEXANS should band TOGETHER to with draw from the UNION. We once were under SIX different flags. I am ready to roll up my sleeves and jump in first to join the BUNCH who wants to Seceed from the 50 States of the United States. We have STATES RIGHTS and they TRUMP Federal Law. Read the Constitution. The first Amendments to the Constitution is Called THE BILL OF RIGHTS. I say, lets fight back now, get out, and leave the rest of the 49 states to O’Bama MaMa. We want out not if and when but NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Federal govt. can’t just make us submissive and opress us.
Lets get out while we still can before O’Bama MaMa ruins all of our lives. I stand with TEXAS because we understand the importance of STATES RIGHTS. Return us back to the 10th Amendment. I am ready LETS DO IT NOW!!!!!!

I was born and raised in IL and didn’t know anything about obama, who he was or what he did. Apparently NOTHING of importance! He slid in under the radar and people are now scared. *I did not vote for him.*
I’m ready to relocate to Texas and I LIKE your Governor. I wish there were more people in office that had a backbone.
I’ve worked in the school system for almost fourteen years as a teacher’s aide. Every time the school purchased new history text books, I noticed things were being eliminated or briefly touched on. My generation learned more in the late 50′s and early 60′s about history; the who, what, when, where and why it happened, for a reason. Not to repeat it!
Have you read, “Hidden Secrets”, by Gregory Thompson? It will make you furious. Mr. Thompson was a superintendant of schools and his book is based on source documents about the TRUTH! It is a must read!
I am starting to grow a spine and have attended Tea Parties, Town Hall meetings and have written numerous letters. I commend you for listing your name and contact information. I wish I was that bold, I’m getting there.
My father was a POW in WWII, spent over a year in German prison camps, was marched all over Europe, was starved, tortured, and put in front of firing squads, and he never broke. He is my HERO! So, I guess you know how I feel about Patriotism and My Country.
I will be calling you or sending you a letter. We definitely need to get something started. Especially here in IL, I’m very ashamed of being from this corrupt state. The obama debacle, we must CHANGE this for the good of OUR GREAT COUNTRY!!!

I support Governor Perry, I just pray he is genuine and not another politician saying the right things and then doing something else.
Texas needs to stand up to the Obama Administration and the ever encroaching Federal Government continually regulating our lives and destroying our great country.
What we don’t need is all the progressives who over the years voted liberal in their own States and have scceeded in destroying their own States, now moving to Texas just to bring their liberal agenda’s here to start destroying our State. Come if you are willing to stand for conservative values.

Although I agree with everything he said in this video, his idea of freedom does not extend to vaccination choice. His policy of mandatory HP virus vaccination sux. We are now losing a young girl to ovarian cancer, secondary to having received this vaccine.

stand up for States Rights, which is authorized by the US Constitution
when the Feds abrogate their duties to follow the “Rule of Law”, which is Our Constitution !!!!
The Libs talk about what “The Rule of Law” is, then wrongly interpret the “rule”.
“OUR CONSTITUTION IS THE REAL RULE OF LAW” and not their liberal ideas, handed down by liberal judges and lawyers.
All of you Texans are gullible. You listen to what he says today and get all excited. Remember the Trans Texas Corridor he tried to push through. He only quit when the real patriots of Texas stood up to him. He’s a Bush flunky through and through. Sarah Palin campaigned for him so that should tell you something.
