The man is right. He does NOT exaggerate. For years, we have been victimized by politicians who would be run out of other countries. In America, anything is tolerated, as long as the party in power gets its way. When you are ‘blessed’ by the head crime
boss/politician, you’re protected. Blend taxation without representation, no accountability by those who wield power, no way to address legitimate grievances, no checks and balances, a lunatic, power-mad Congress and White House, America has
the perfect storm. America is not obligated to suffer for elected or appointed scum. If those ‘in charge’ will not do their job(s), then let them step aside, or learn the hard way that history speaks with a voice that forces ALL to listen.

I met a young man (about 25 ) who was born and raised in Iran. I asked him what he thought the recent election in Iran. He smiled and asked why Americams were surprised about the election results. He said the election was the same as all the elections in recent years in Iran. ALL CORRUPT!
He added that everyone in Iran or other third world countries (His words) expect their elections to be corrupt. He added that the big surprise for him was that American elections were also corrupt. The greatest nation ever, controlled by thieves!
We talked a little more and I told him I watched Chris Dodd make statements about a Senate bill and he said he had nothing to do about certain changes and the very next day I watched him say the opposite?? I also read an article that stated Obama and Dodd and McCain all got money from Fannie mae and or Freddie mac.
We have congressmen and senators in prison too often.
There are too many stories about improper greed of politicians to be listed here. I have lived a long time and am delusioned!! Did I mention Nancy Pelosi. Nuff said.
What do I tell my grand kids about our politicians??
Can you imagin=e the Chairman of the banking committee getting mony donatioins from BANKS??? What a country!

If you want to talk about how corrupt our government is; Every mortgage now written gives $400 to ACORN! Talk about a payoff! The companies that have gotten tarp and bailout money are now donating millions to ACORN!!

I agree with Craig and I am not paying more taxes either. If enough people say ENOUGH! I am not paying for things I don’t agree with, I have to keep a budget the FEDS should to! and we are all defintiely Mad as Hell and we are not going to take it anymore… Jn

I agree with Craig T Nelson, I just wish he would form a group to march on Washington. Most Americans are upset and want to stop this countries race to Socialism. They mail congress, have tea parties and marches but they need some ’star power’ to get all of the tea parties together to march, what a mighty army we would have. Thousands of people go to each tea party but they get no press coverage. If Mr Nelson and some of his Hollywood friends would get together and get all of these groups together we could take back America! Trouble is we all complain ,write our congress and call radio but it gets nothing done. WE NEED A LEADER.

I agree with Craig Nelson. I have already quit letting them take tax money out of my check and have decided that as long as I don’t have any representation I won’t be paying any taxes either. And I believe NOT reading the bills before they are signed, or Congress not making the 3:00 am amendments available to my congressman to read is NO REPRESENTATION. There doesn’t seem to be any orher way to make them listen to us. They have forgotten that it is our money, not theirs! It’s time we withhold it I say!

Obama gave a good speech tonite about what he wants for healthcare , but the government may not get this throuh the senate Nobody trusts the government being able to Run the big Insurance cos , big banks ,the bankrupt auto companies . Health care might even be a legitmate concern for the government to be concerned with , but the others were not . We better sell those companies as quick as we can before they start costing us money we wont have
